We put my mother’s house of 60 years on the market after excellent guidance for the preparation of the property. We had several offers, including the final offer, the first day. Brad will get the job done! My husband and I had previously worked with two other agents and submitted 4 offers that went nowhere. We found Brad when we posted in our Eagle Rock Facebook group asking if anyone was planning to sell their home, to keep us in mind (yes, we resorted to that given how low inventory is in Eagle Rock). Brad reached out with four upcoming off-market opportunities. We met with him at 9am on a Wednesday, viewed a few homes, made an offer by 12:30pm that same day and three weeks later we own our home! Brad Keyes will get you your home and have your back throughout the process. Where can I begin? I received 25 offers and accepted a cash offer at $1 million over list price, closing within 30 days of listing. We had open houses packed with people over a targeted 2-week period immediately after the listing appeared. Brad saw the potential in my home more than anyone else and captured it in fabulous photos and a masterful description on Zillow and elsewhere. He knew my neighborhood inside and out and he knew my target buyer. He also landscaped and staged it beautifully. I have to admit, it took a huge leap of faith when he proposed a lower listing price than I had expected, but his predictions about the market’s reaction were spot-on. He is focused, high-energy, and confident about potential market missteps and opportunities. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job for me than Brad and his team.

We recently purchased a rental property in Eagle Rock with Brad and it was the smoothest experience we've had to date! There were some unusual aspects to the property, and Brad went above and beyond to navigate us through the challenges. Brad is the most knowledgeable agent out there about this area and an expert negotiator and strategist. After closing, he and his team also went above and beyond to help us lease out the property. Outstanding Leasing Experience with Keyes Real Estate! This was our first time hiring a realtor to handle the leasing process, as we’ve always done it ourselves in the past. When my partner and I decided we wanted a vacation property in Palm Springs, we thought having a local agent there representing us would be a wise move but were sorely mistaken. It took outsiders like Brad and Josh at Keyes Real Estate to truly have our best interests front of mind and to represent us well as buyers. Working with them was nothing short of exceptional. Brad responds to every email or text practically instantly and Josh didn't hesitate to roll up his sleeves and dig up dirt to locate a buried sewer line clean-out access point during our inspection. I've had the misfortune of dealing with some pretty shady agents/brokers but the entire team at Keyes is really top notch. You won't regret working with them!

Brad represented us on both the purchase of our beach home in Aptos and the sale of our home in Eagle Rock. What I really appreciate about Brad is that he is direct and takes full responsibility for the entire process. His buyer due diligence was second to none. As an attorney, he understood the process at a level I’ve never experienced with anyone else, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the purchase. He also helped us evaluate our financing options and secure the best deal possible. On the sale side, Brad went above and beyond. He made sure permits were properly finalized after issues left by our contractor and personally spearheaded the painting and prep of our home.
